Still, there's something liberating about the "do less but do it now" philosophy. I should have also included their "half-way not half-assed" philosophy. For a book so short it really had a lot of philosophical meat to it. It's been very inspiring to read. And I like their approach. Basecamp is the only project management app I've ever really understood and a lot of that has to do with their 'do less' philosophy and that they decided project management was communication rather than meetings and graphs.
